• Chapel may be reserved for your rehearsal dinner for an
additional $500 only if your wedding has been booked at The
Chapel in The Vineyard. (Subject to availability)
A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total
rental charges is required to secure your date. The balance
of all charges due must be paid in full ten (10) days prior
to the reserved date/event. If full payment is not received
ten (10) days prior to the reserved date/event, Chapel in
the Vineyard has the option to cancel the event and release
the date. Final payment must be made in cash or by credit
card. Checks are not accepted for final payment. Please note
all deposits, charges, fees, etc. do not include sales tax.
It is required that Chapel in the Vineyard owner, the
client, and the cater/event planner meet a minimum of two
weeks prior to the event to go over set-up, floor plans,
timeline, and to finalize details.
Damage or Breakage Deposit
A refundable damage or breakage deposit of $500.00 must be
included with the final payment and must be made no later
than ten (10) days prior to the reserved date/event. Failure
to pay the damage or breakage deposit will result in
cancellation of the event and release of the date. The
$500.00 damage or breakage deposit will be refunded to the
responsible party no later than 10 calendar days following
the date of the event.
It is expressly understood and agreed that the owner(s):
a. shall determine if any damage has occurred to the Chapel
b. if there is any cost to be assessed to the client for
repairs or damages
c. if the client and/or his guests are responsible for said
The decision of the owners shall be final. The owners may
deduct from the client’s damage/breakage deposit any
expenses incurred as a result of any repairs or replacements
made necessary by the client, guests, and/or were a result
of the event taken place while the premises was in use.
